Fried Rice with Deviled Chicken

Fried Chicken 300 grams
1 Teaspoon Ginger and Garlic
2 table spoons of Araliya Chilli Paste
1 table spoon of butter
In a wok, heat oil and add in 3 eggs. Deep fry eggs and stir while they fry.
In a wok, heat canola oil, add the onion and saute until golden brown. Add 2 tea spoons of Araliya chilli paste. Add the ginger and garlic. Add the vegetables (but not the carrots) and salt to taste and stir-fry for a few minutes.
Add meat and chilli. Stir-fry until fragrant.
Add rice, soy sauce and remaining sesame oil. Stir fry until it is heated through.
